By using Send My Wishes (“the app”, “we”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the App
You may use the app to:
- Create digital cards
- Upload short text messages
- Customize templates
- Schedule and send wishes
You agree not to misuse the app for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
2. Account & Access
Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login details safe.
We may limit or suspend accounts that violate our rules.
3. Content Ownership
Your Content
Anything you create using the app—messages, cards, images—remains yours. You give us permission to save your content, deliver it to recipients, and show previews inside the app. We do not use your content for marketing without permission.
Our Content
All templates, designs, and layouts belong to Send My Wishes and may not be resold or copied.
4. Scheduled Delivery
We try our best to deliver your scheduled wishes on time, but server downtime, network issues, or email provider errors may cause delays.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
5. Payment
(If payments are added later) You agree to use valid payment methods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Upload abusive or offensive content
- Send spam messages
- Misuse the platform for bulk marketing
- Attempt to hack, copy, or reverse-engineer the app
7. Termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that break the rules, damage the platform, harass others, or violate local laws. You can delete your account anytime.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for missed delivery times, incorrect email/phone entered by you, loss of content due to device failure, or misuse of the platform by others. The app is provided “as is” during its early stage.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.
